One thing we can agree on is our current approach to health is failing. Chronic disease such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma and depression affects one out of every two Americans (CDC, 2017). 30% of our population is overweight, and one in three Americans have high blood pressure (CDC, 2017). I want you to know these conditions are largely preventable.

I created Holistic Health Code to change the way you think about healthcare. To teach you about your body, how it works and what it needs to thrive. How to make lasting lifestyle change that will bring you and your family good health for years to come.
