I’m a naturopathic doctor with specialized training in IBD, fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT), and functional medicine. I integrate evidence-based naturopathic approaches with functional medicine principles to address both acute concerns and chronic conditions. My clinical focus includes gastrointestinal disorders, women’s health, and cardio-metabolic health.

While I was working in nutrition at a hospital, I saw a great need for holistic approaches to chronic disease. This inspired me to pursue holistic health coaching, followed by a master’s in nutrition (MScN), then naturopathic medical school. My background provides me with a comprehensive view of how nutrition impacts overall health.  My mission as a doctor is to help

patients understand their bodies and empower them to make lifestyle changes to optimize their health.

I conduct medical and educational visits in both English and Spanish, allowing me to serve diverse patient population.
